Definitely, when you get the offer, acquiring a visa is the most essential step for you to go to France. During the applying process, there are many files and steps you need to prepare, and you could not have any errors with them.

 

The process for apply a student visa to France (for Chinese)

1.Prepare some of the needed files and some of their copies.

2. Register on the website of Campus France Chine.

    => Remember your account and password are important.

3. Fill in the website and upload some electronic versions of

    documents or scanning files.

4. Pay the pre-visa fees.

5. Make an appointment for the interview of visa

6. Face interview. (For some students, it is very lucky that this step

    could be canceled by the Consulate of French)

7. Submit all files & pay fees & take visa photos

8. Wait for the result.

FILES should be submitted (all files should be in French/English and Chinese):

1. Passport and copies

2. Copy of Offer or invitation

3. Certificate of housing

4. Copy of Birth certificate in French/ English and Chinese

5. Certificate of free or pass of the interview

6. Proof of personal account deposit

7. Studentship certificate issued by the university

8. Certificate of enrollment in bachelor issued by the Ministry of Education China

    (it needs 1 to 2 months, please apply for it IN ADVANCE)

9. Cash flow of parents’ bank account in the last 6 months

10. Transcript and diploma of Bachelor

11. Letter and CV

12. Transcript of the College Entrance Examination

13. Signed contract with the French school

14. OFII (can be not totally filled in)

15. ID photo(4.5cm*3.5cm)
