This guide is made by students who experienced everyone's struggle when arriving to Nantes.

Here you will be able to discover everything about the city, papers, school, campus life, discovering France, and a lot of other stuff and tricky details.

FRENCH CULTURE TIPS FOR THE END OF THE YEAR

Hi,

for this end of year in Nantes, you should visit the Christmas market in December in "la place de commerce" and "la place royal" in town. Think about specialities of Nantes for you Christmas present. Try to find a host family with who to spend christmas day if you are alone. Also walk in the town in the evening to see the christmas decorations. Plus, for the new year, go in the town (near the elephant area) to enjoy the firework at midnight.

Ps: you can also go to Paris or Strasbourg to enjoy their lovely Christmas market and their nice Christmas' decoration.
